Interview
There was no interview. I was recruited online, the recruiter helped me put my resume into military format, and I was offered the job without meeting with a single person. I don't know if this is standard practice across Calian, but it's happened to at least a few of us. Odd.

Interview
Initial contact by local contract mgr requesting resume be sent to HR at head office. Then a phone interview from HR recruiting to gather tombstone info and clarify points from my resume. Final f2f interview with contract manager seemed like a formality where an overview of the day-to-day operation was explained as well as more details of the job were provided. Contract manager at the time was very professional. Contract manager has since changed, and not for the better.
