I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Caliber Financial Services in Oct 2024
Interview
I had applied for the position on LinkedIn. After 2 days, the recruiter reached me out for a video screening call. He asked me a few behavioral questions and passed the notes to the Hiring Manager. The interview with Hiring Manager went well and told me that I will get to meet his manager, but a day later got a surprise reject mentioning that they have decided to pursue other candidates who appear to match (skills and experience) the requirements more closely at this time. I have 4+ years of experience and they were looking for someone up to 2 years of experience.

Question 1
Introduction + Tell me a time when you led a product from ideation to launch? How did you change particular feature using customer insights? How do you manager conflicts with stakeholders such as developers, marketing, engineers etc?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Caliber Financial Services (Overland Park, KS)
Interview
The initial interview process started off strong and recruiter was very helpful about the potential fit. The secondary interview was more of a panel style which I thought went great. The communication during/after was non-existent and did not look good on the companies part. Seemed like the group was very tight nit and they didn't want to answer questions that didn't make them look good as far as the actual job and how the company operated.

Question 1
A lot of hypothetical scenarios that would not actually happen in a work setting, or be beneficial to the actual job. Seemed like they were interviewing more for an individual they liked rather than who was best for the job.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Caliber Financial Services (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick and simple. You will likely be brought onto a call with a manager who will ask you fairly simple questions about how you might go about testing something. For my interview I was brought on a call with the manager and the team. I can't go into exact details, but just to give you a few tips you will need to know and understand how to navigate through web pages. Any code or love of learning is always a plus, so be sure to have examples that you can show and just be a people person who is nice to be around. The interview process could be a single round or even multiple rounds depending on how they are recruiting at the time.
