Interview
There was a recruiter phone screen, then a hiring manager phone screen, then an in person set of sessions with various stakeholders lasting a few hours. The topics mostly varied between stakeholders, but there was some overlap. Looking for experience, competency, and ability to sort out challenging work.

They asked about challenging technical problems or projects, how I addressed them, how I added value. Several were looking for "how technical" one is, comfort level with technical issues, etc.
