Telephone arranged with interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager then asked me to follow up in a weeks time, which I did so. I was then ignored, so sent another two emails, and only after withdrawing from the process was I acknowledged. It seems somewhat ironic that a company which sells tools for getting emails out can't actually use email themselves.
