I initially spoke with an HR person over the phone about my resume and experiences and where I could fit within the company. The conversation was great, and I was looking forward to interviewing in person. As for the in person interview process, it did a great job of introducing me to different people and learning about many different facets of the company. However, while some of the interviewers were enjoyable to talk to, others were standoffish and almost fake or insincere. I didn't come away with a firm understanding of the position for which I was applying or with how the different departments worked together. HR told me they should have an answer later that week or the following week, and never gave me any feedback either way. Overall, it was an off-putting experience.
