Application through Candriam website then on-site interview with the head of Absolute Return & Quant Equity and a team member in the Paris office.
It is the most ridiculous and useless interview I have ever seen. People doesn't look smart in the way of thinking or asking some technical questions. Complete WASTE OF TIME. Staff and management poorly qualified even regarding market knowledge.
