Interview
They asked about your past work experience, why you would be suitable for the job, your availability, etc. You have to take a typing test, spelling test speech to text test, etc.
Pretty standard comprises of a phone interview and an in person orientation. Expected to wear business casual and the hiring manager in the Orlando branch was easy to talk to and professional.

First part of the interview consist of ability tests- to see if you can do the job, if you pass the second part is a standard q&a interview with standard general interview questions.

The interview process is fairly simple. You are called into an office to take basic tests for typing speed and spelling. They are super nice about the whole process, working with you through every step.
