I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CapTel Service Specialists (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview starts with tests: typing, spelling, voicing text and reading. It was easy and relaxed, but to pass the voice part you have to be perfect. They let you test again after a couple days. Doesn't seem like a bad place to work. Was super quiet.
Pretty standard comprises of a phone interview and an in person orientation. Expected to wear business casual and the hiring manager in the Orlando branch was easy to talk to and professional.
