I only got to the initial telephone interview. The recruiter had specific questions for me. It's almost like a shopping list of questions. As soon as it was evident to her that I didn't have the required experience, the interview was over. She had asked me if I had questions for her. I asked them but it had no positive effect on advancing me to the next stage. As I've been told previously, Cap Group is very selective in its process. Very few get hired.
