Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience with our interview process. At Car & Classic, we aim to make every candidate interaction positive and constructive, so it’s disappointing to hear that we fell short on this occasion.
To provide some context, for each role we recruit, we conduct thorough research, benchmarking against at least three reputable sources to ensure our roles and salaries are competitive and fair. In this case, we initially began the search for a Head of CRM, but we decided to expand the search to include talented CRM Managers who would have otherwise been reluctant to apply to a more senior position. This wasn’t a matter of assigning the same responsibilities at a lower pay.
We understand that detailed calls with Talent at an early stage can be unexpected, and we’ll take your feedback on board to clarify expectations moving forward.
