After sending in my application I received a call from the recruiter, we reviewed my resume and also life experience as a prescreening before an interview. I then spoke with the recruiter a few more times just to touch base with her on the application process. Then I was scheduled an phone interview with Harrison Smyth. The interview took about an hour long, he was very knowledgeable of the company and the direction Carahsoft is going. At no time during the interview did it "feel" like and interview more like a conversation between friends. Following the phone interview I kept in contact with the recruiter Kristin Finn, I always felt like I was in the loop of information. I was scheduled for a second interview with Harrison the following week, again we talked about Carahsoft and the role I was applying for. He went into depth about the culture of the company and the many positive parts to it. At the end of the conversation / interview I was offered a position within Carahsoft's family. The whole process from start to finish took about 3 weeks of interactions either by phone of video calling.

Great over the phone interview! I highly enjoyed the conversation and continued commitment to answering my questions. Jessica was the best at helping me better understand the role I would be working in and how to be successful remotely.
