Interview
Very convoluted. The recruiter was extremely unprofessional: routinely missed set phone appointments. There was no respect for my time that I had set aside for Carahsoft; I have other interviews to complete and other phone calls I need to make. Being 20 minutes late is unacceptable. Furthermore, if you have done sales of any sort, this is a pretty simple interview to complete. The benefit and compensation structure were not really to my liking.
There were 3 interviews. One with a recruiter, then hiring manager, then another with some of your team leads. The questions were fairly easy, nothing technical just straight forward. Shouldn’t be any stress
Recruiters dont follow up, dont send calendar invites for meetings etc. Emailed a word document to fill out like a mall kiosk application, that had typos on it. Very disappointing experience for a tech company.

Virtual all happened via a phone call talked about goals, but in all customer service and sales experience was talked about and highly sought after. Overall stress free and enjoyable. Good process
