Pretty standard. You fill out the application on their portal and then you are sent an interview date at the store where the vacancy is. You'll meet the Manager who will have a photocopy with questions on it. They ask the usual, why do you want to work here, do you have any retail experience, when can you start etc.

The manager was very very kind and made me feel calm and welcome. I personally am a very anxious girl with thease kinds of things but I felt welcome I am very happy with the interview

the interview is pretty relaxed and the questions aren't too hard. It is informal so you can wear whatever you want. they ask simple questions like why you want to work for them and about your previous experience
