The Careerbuilder recruiter was extremely prompt and quick with getting feedback for every portion of the hiring process. I had just finished my freshman year of college, but that didn't deter them. I had an initial phone chat and then a more formal phone interview where I was asked about various basic OOP concepts. Very soon afterwards an on-site interview was scheduled, where I mainly talked to a couple of team leads about my prior courses and what interests I had in general. I had prepared to be asked fairly in-depth whiteboard technical questions, but I was baffled when I was only asked to write out the solution to Fizz Buzz. I was so worried by the end of the interview that the lack of difficult technical questions was a bad sign, but a day or so later I received a call from the recruiter that I had an offer. I don't believe this experience is typical from the other interns I spoke to, so one should expect to answer more difficult technical questions than just Fizz Buzz for sure.
