Relaxed, conversational interview, mainly enquiring about experience, also asking about interests outside of work and what I knew about the firm itself. The interviews were both fairly short and concise.
First round interview with partners. Followed by second round interview with two employees. Followed by psych testing and offer. Pretty standard process for an interview all done online. I am trying to get to 30 words because glassdoor is being stubborn and forcing me fill out this statement to read more about the companies I am researching. Happy?

Then went though to the second round which was aptitude testing and a written exercise to be completed in a specified time. Did not pass through to the third stage.
