Interview consisted of 3 rounds. For the first round, I was given 2 hours time limit and also a boilerplate code, I was asked to make modifications to it, mostly to test .Net coding and Entity Framework. I was able to clear what was asked, there were also bonus questions which I couldn't complete on time. The second round was scheduled within 2 days, it was 1:1 discussion, questions and definition on basic of C# were asked. I was able to clear this one too. I was told the next round will be scheduled within a week, but it was delayed due to Christmas. I was hoping it would be scheduled by the first week of Jan, but got pushed by 11 days. The third round consisted of 3 members, 2 from Geneva team. They asked the basics of .Net, .Net Core, Differences between Framework and Core, Garbage collection, GAC, Assemblies, CLR, Linq, Lambda, Func, Action, Expression Trees etc. It lasted for like an hour, at the end they asked about my notice period. That's the last I heard from them, after following up for like a week, the person from Recruitment agency tried reaching HR of Cargill, got reply that feedback wasn't received from the team and after a week I was informed that they didn't shortlist. Wish communication was quick.
