Carmel Clay Schools interview questions

The process was long and multi-stepped. There were at least 3 steps before an offer, The first one was about my job history and took about and hour. The second was about 45min and was about how I would handle certain situations. Then there was references and background check. There was about 1-2 weeks between each step and I did not follow through with the process due to I accepted and started another offer before they told me they wanted references.
