Overall, the hiring process was pretty fast and clear for my position. I went through two rounds of interviews. The first was with the manager, and if that goes well, they give you a case study assignment. The second interview happens after you pass the assessment, where they go through your rationale and ask you to explain your decisions. Personally, I think this approach is better than companies that make you do the assignment right from the start.

The interview process went well and smooth. From the moment talking to the HR to managers, I had a great time during my interview because they are very attentive to all my questions regarding the company.
