I found the interview process at Cartier surprisingly underwhelming. Given the brand’s rich heritage and reputation, I expected a more structured and refined experience. Instead, the process felt lengthy, repetitive, and lacked cohesion.
It’s disappointing to see that such an iconic company hasn't invested more effort into creating a streamlined and engaging recruitment journey, especially when candidate experience is so integral to employer branding.
