The first step is a Phone Screening with a talent acquisition advisor. Then if you continue, you get a virtual or phone interview with the hr representative, or the hiring manager (or both). Then they will send you a Psychometric Testing to complete. Followed by a 2nd Interview which is typically a Panel with the management team where you get asked questions based on the testing.

Interview
There were two video interview sessions. The first one was with the manager of the department. After the first interview, they told me they wanted to set me up with the next phase of the interview process. The second one was with the Director of the department. After the second interview, I heard back about their selection the same day a few hours later.

Interview
Very easy and they were super nice!!! My interview was over zoom and it was about 30 minutes long, if that. The questions they asked were simple interview questions and they made me feel very comfortable.
