Catawiki interview questions

This was not a good experience. The interview with the Talent Acquisition person felt super robotic, stiff. The person was not really engaging with the answers or building any kind of flow, just throwing question after question while looking uninterested. I never heard back after that interview, which goes to show the lack of consideration for applicants.

The application process was smooth, straightforward, and well organized. I did not have to wait long to hear back after applying, and communication throughout the process was clear and professional. The interview questions were relevant to the role and focused on practical experience, which made the process feel fair and engaging. Overall, it was easy to apply and the experience was positive from start to finish.
