One behavioral interview. Asks the typical project and teamwork questions. Will ask about safety, prepare to talk the importance and safety or a time you had to push safety procedures.

You have to successive one on once interviews. The people doing the interviews were alumni of my school. They wrote down my responses and then took them back to the managers so that they could make decisions.
Purely behavioral, STAR format interview. 1 hour+ usually with a panel of managers. You will do well if you answer in the STAR format and have general answers for each one of the experiences on your resume.

I interviewed at the SWE National Conference so the interview was very relaxed. Almost every question was behavioral and they heavily emphasized STAR format. If you strayed from the format they prompted you.
