Three people panel situational questions based on experience and generally tried to understand your capability related to the job description. Generally 3 to 4 candidates will be interviewed for a position for a final decision

One hour interview with the three interviewers in the same room. Each interviewer asked questions in order. We finished the required questions in 45 minutes and had 15 minutes to chat.

Interview
Overall it's a great interview experience. Lots of behavior questions and technical questions. You will meet both technical interviewers and managers who have difference interview emphasis. They really want to know how you deal with conflict and team work. You can feel that the company are seeking team players to do the routine work but not Steve Jobs.
