Challenging yet very informative. At first, I had to do a review of my resume in front of 10 people. It is a longer version of the elevator speech (7 minutes). Then, I interviewed with three separate manager spending one hour with each. After my interview, I took a drug test on the spot. I found out two days later that I got the job.
It was for hourly pay entry level staff accountant position. A staffing agency contacted me and I interviewed for it. They were hiring for corporate accounting and management accounting. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and they only asked behavioral questions. It was a virtual interview with two of the team members who were hiring.

STAR Format Interview process, Interview panel, standard interview, over a month to hear back from Caterpillar. Over Microsoft Teams which didn't not work during the initial interview. Are we at 30 words yet?
