The interview process is 2 steps, the first being a general overview of the job role and a get-to-know-you chat. The second interview consist of situational questions using the STAR format: Situation, Task, Action and Results

Simple, but one day long process. There was no written round. First had a HR call on phone. Then had face to face interview with hiring managers. There were no technical questions. They mainly assess your attitude and behavior.
