Interview
A one on one meeting followed by a team meet at which all levels of staff participated. Interdepartmental staff attended to ensure a positive outcome for all. It was a two way conversation in which I could ask questions of the interviewers and they could ask questions of me. All answers seemed genuine and compassionate.
