Phone Interview with CEO, and then on site in Office, full day, met with CEO, VP of Product, and VP of Marketing. Got to sit in on calls with Team, and see the day to day working style. Presentation to CEO.

I met with two senior engineers and they asked me various technical questions, both were very friendly. There were a few times I used the whiteboard during the process. Once I was notified I had passed the preliminary interview, I was invited back to have lunch with the team (this was to see how I fit in with the group); shortly there after I was informed about their decision (via my recruiter).
