Cayenta interview questions

There was a Skills test and interview with the Manager of Technical Services. We then discuss strengths, weakness, and other questions related to the role. Interviewer was very personable, inviting, and has been with the company for a while -- which was one of the contributing factors to me taking the job :)

Got an email from the hiring manager a couple of days after applying requesting a 30 minute screening interview. He called me on the date/time we agreed on and told me he forgot to send me Teams meeting ink and rescheduled the meeting. Without any explanation he changed the interview duration to 1 hour in the updated meeting request. I logged into Teams meeting on the rescheduled date/time and he did not show up. I sent him an email telling him I waited for 15 minutes and wanted to know whether he still wanted to interview me. He replied a couple of hours later telling me to reschedule. We had an interview the next day, and never heard from him again. I even followed-up later but no response. That is the level of professionalism shown by this company.
