The interview process went well as I interviewed with both managers (LCSW and RN) and the Director of the Department. I found them open and honest about what to expect on the units as well as clear about expectations of the job. I felt we established a rapport and understood each other clearly. I was offered, and accepted, the job and have no regrets.
