The interview process was very long and tedious. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for this open role, to which I replied via email and applied on the job portal. Next I had a phone interview with the HR, and followed by a 30 min Zoom meeting with the director. The interview went well and it was the interviews after that that became really tedious. I had to meet with 9 different team members (30-45 mins each) over the course of 4 days! I understand that they were trying to find the best candidate for their role, but a part of me truly wished they were a little more considerate about candidate experience as much as they cared about finding the perfect candidate.
