Interview
It was explained that after completing an online proficiency test that I would be brought in for 2-3 personal interviews. The recruiter made it sound like a 1-2 month process. The online process was very time consuming after which I felt personally invested in and committed to the process. I was contacted in order to schedule the first interview which was two weeks later. However, I was contacted a couple days prior to the meeting with an explanation that the company wasn't currently hiring as first thought but would still like for me to come in in anticipation for the next training session three months in the future. I was dumbfounded and pursued other options as I feel my time would be better speant on real opportunities....not maybes!

What do you think is something that separates Cellular Sales from the competition?
Have you ever went against the directions of superior or have you ever intentionally performed your duties against normal company policy? If so, explain the situation, how you handled it, and why you feel your actions were justified.
Went very well. Very informative and transparent. I left knowing a lot more than I went in knowing. The interview was very straight forward and to the point. The interviewer was very professional and had information to back up everything that was said.

It was a very quick and straight forward interview process. The recruiter was quick to respond to emails and calls and was able to get me scheduled for an interview within days of applying and completing the initial screening process… she was very thorough, friendly and informative.
