Video Interview takes while looking at a camera at home. Had to answer questions in 1 take with 2 min timer. It took no longer than 15 minutes. I then had a phone call interview that lasted only about 10 minutes and was more about me asking him questions.

A customer walks in and they are in distress, and they’re thinking about visiting tomorrow instead, how do you handle the situation?
I started when the company was very small so there was not a recruiter. I I interviewed with the owner and he was in a hurry so questions were very easy. I know that now there are recruiter who will ask lots of questions to determine goals and drive.
Easy to follow, and on time. 5 different stages for sales and 1 for bdm role. Interviews took place in NY HQ where they provided break rooms and overview of assignments.
