The first interview is a phone screen interview with the Dev Team Lead. This was a quick 30 minutes interview and we discussed the job as well as my experience. The second interview was an hour-long breadth interview over zoom. This involved a series of in depth questions about my experiences, background, and education. The interviewer explained the interview processes in details and their use of a points-based system. Then I had 4 hour-long interviews that focused on different aspects of my experience. These interviews were conducted by the Dev Team Lead, CEO, and other fellows. I was asked to discuss specific projects, jobs, and experience I had regarding specific objectives. And yes, they each took a full hour. The last part of the process involved providing 3 references, all of whom had a 30-minutes interview with the Dev Team Lead. The process is very thorough, but they are incredibly transparent about the entire process and the people interviewing are extremely professional and kind. There were no coding assessments or projects.
