Interview
The interview process for this position was honestly a joke. Right when I walked in, there was no one in the front office and I had to go inside to see if anybody can assist me. The person who interviewed me was very monotoned and seemed like she didn't even want to be conducting the interview. After the interview, I was told to hear back from them within a week and it's been more than a week and I haven't heard back on whether or not I was granted the position. The environment of the workplace seemed unprofessional and unorganized, especially when they don't even reach back to the person that was being interviewed. Take your resume and apply to a different company that is worth applying for because this definitely wasn't it.

Interview
There was an initial phone interview followed by an in-person interview. They asked about experience working with children, knowledge of applied behavioral analysis, and why I was interested in the company. Overall it was a fairly straightforward interview.
