Telephone interview followed by 2 in person, in depth (1.5hr) interviews. The first with Tech Mgmt followed by GM meeting. Was fully expecting an offer when I received an email that they did not get approval to hire for the position in the first place. Hint: Get approval before you waste a candidates time!
