Interview
Initially it starts out as a group interview. You are posed scenarios in which customer service is to take place and you are to use your knowledge of customer service to the best of your ability. You have to quell topics from angry customers to lack of product in the store. You are then given a product to sell to the panel .

I applied online. I interviewed at Central Market (Fort Worth, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
It took around a month to get an interview after applying online. It starts out with a group interview with a room of around 20 people with a board of 3 to 4 hiring managers. If you do well, you will wait in that room while different hiring managers pick off groups or individuals in that room to tell them if they are being sent home or if they will move on to the solo interview. I waited for 20 minutes before I was sent to my solo interview. Solo interview went great, the managers are very kind. The entire process lasted around 2 hours. It was very draining but everyone was very kind.
