Interview
The interview for dialysis rn position is a joke! I was asked to come in for an interview via email. This dialysis nurse manager gave me a brief orientation/background of the facility, this woman only asked me about my how long i’ve been a nurse and if i’m open to work as a floor RN so i’ve told her i’m not opposed to that only after i’m done and got the dialysis rn responsibilities sorted out. After her chatting, she ended the “interview” saying if I got the job, I will receive a call from the HR within the week. Wasted my time for joke time of an interview. Lowkey glad I did get an offer, the place looks and smells awful, employees looks unhappy. Working now on a acute hospital. Know your worth nurses!
