I was living out of state, so I interviewed twice with the hiring manager over the phone. It was pretty straightforward. After being offered the job, I negotiated salary with the HR department.

Interview
Very nice facility. Friendly supervisors. Met with the rehab director for outpatient therapy and her supervisor. Very upfront about the nature of the job. Job had already been offered to another applicant and they were upfront about this. The other applicant accepted the job a couple of weeks after the interview.
