CesiumAstro interview questions

I applied online and was invited for an initial phone interview. However, the call focused entirely on my visa status from the outset. I explained that I hold a PSW (Post Study Work) visa, valid until February 2028, which gives me full right to work in the UK with no restrictions or sponsorship required. Despite this, the interviewer said they could not proceed with the conversation due to my visa status and ended the call. I wasn't asked a single question about my skills, experience, or background, and was rejected before the interview properly began. This was particularly frustrating as I had already disclosed my visa status clearly on my application form before being invited to interview.
