The interview process was quite long, about 8 interview rounds plus a take home assignment, which can be looked at as both positive and negative. Of course it's quite straining to engage in such a process while you still have to put up with a full time job, but at the same time given that I was in a very good position in another company when I was approached by Chainlink it was quite positive. It gave me confidence that they were able to evaluate carefully if I was a real fit for their expectations as much so it gave me the opportunity to interview them back and make sure I was leaving a good place to an even greater place. Sure maybe too strong for any interview process, but it was an increased confidence when compared with other opportunities I had before and ended up declining due to lack of confidence.
Effort aside I think the interview process was very profound and meaningful, touching on key engineering principles rather then tool specific knowledge or solving pet leet code problems that have nothing to do with daily tasks.
