Had a phone call with a recruiter to learn more about CZI, one behavioral call with someone from CZI, and one phone interview through one of those outsourced coding interview systems. My "onsite" was done at Grace Hopper: 2 interviews back-to-back. First one — can use own laptop and own programming environment, given a problem, allowed to consult any sources (mimicking how you would actually dev day-to-day). Second one was a more standard coding interview, with the option of coding on paper or on your laptop.
