Had a phone screening with a representative who asked me scripted questions. The questions didn’t ask anything specific to my job skill, position requirements, or career highlights. I could tell that the interviewer was not a marketer and lacked understanding of the position requirements and duties. She kept it very brief and let me know that she would get back to me with further interviews the next week. After over 2.5 months I just received an email saying they found candidates who were a better fit. It’s a good thing I accepted a position 2 months ago with an Agency a few months ago. The interview process says a lot about the company, antiquated and outdated.
