I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Telephone, TX) in Feb 2019

Telephone screens first, then webex interview before a face to face. After 2 discussions with 2 different HR folks, a rejection letter stating the are looking at other candidates with better experience. I wish they would have been more honest.

Question 1

Typical STAR interview questions. Having been a person giving STAR based interview questions, I knew how to properly respond. When it came to the salary question, they really stumbled. Charles Schwab has to realize that if they're coming to North Texas and want to attract qualified candidates, they need to pay the appropriate salary.
