I applied online. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Austin, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
One of the best interviewsI had so far. I was approached by a recruiter(very professional and caring) with a simple phone screening. Was asked about concepts of OOP. Then the second round of interview was after two weeks. It was via WebEx with Senior Engineers and Project Managers. Had a coding challenge where they tried to see my problem-solving ability rather than my coding skills.
The interview lasted for like 2 hours where we discussed about my entire education and work history. It was very friendly and comfortable. I believe they knew each thing about me.
Then the recruiter called me after an hour giving me an offer which I accepted .
