I found the position on the company website and submitted my resume but I also found people I knew that knew people already working at the company to forward my resume to the appropriate people as well so I am not sure which was the actual method that actually got the interview process started. I was first contacted by the internal recruiter and had a couple of conversations with her prior to setting up an interview with the hiring manager. The interview process consisted of meeting on 2 different days about a week or two apart. Each time I met with 3 different people, the hiring manager and/or a peer of theirs, a potential co-worker, and a more senior person (VP and/or director). Once the interview process was completed I was contacted again by the internal recruiter and was offered the position over the phone but was not asked for my answer until I was able to review the actual offer letter and package which was sent to me within days of the verbal offer. The interviews mostly consisted of talking about the position and what I had done in the past along with getting a feeling of personality fit within the organization. Everyone was very open to my questions and willing to discuss what was currently going on, and very easy to talk to you.
