I was contacted through a recruiter for the contract-to-hire position at Charles Schwab. All pre-interview contact was handled through the staffing agency. When I arrived on site for interview, I was greeted by hiring manager for email marketing. I interviewed with both the hiring manager one-on-one, then had a separate discussion with another member of the email marketing team. the interview process was very informal and low-key, to the point that it felt a bit like they were going through the motions. Interview seemed to go well, later found from recruiter that they had hired internally.
