Started off with a 15 minute introductory Zoom call that turned into 45 minutes. I felt it went well and thought there was good rapport. The interviewer said they'd reach out to me either way with their decision, then described the rest of the interview process for me. Following the interview I sent a thank you email, then a month later a status update email. Neither got responses. Ghosted.
