Process took 4 weeks, Mr. Carter was late and jumped in asking me if I was an engineer, he plainly stated that he wanted someone with an engineering background and did not have the resources to train someone due to already having trained someone and it didn't work out for him once. After his HR could not provide me an idea on salary I was told to provide a number, I requested $60,000-$80,000 given I have 5 years experience as an analyst with UX/UI freelance experience, after which he assumed that I chased salary and after p[rompted I told him of my passions for software development told me I have a negative attitude. This is funny because he mainly did the talking and shut down after hearing I am not an engineer or hold a masters degree. He seemed very burned out and clearly needs help. The interview was a joke.
