Interview
After applying online I received an invitation to do a video interview in which I was to use a specific site where they had pre set interview questions and record my response. This was something completely new to me and a bit nerve wrecking but Luckily there were practice interviews to do before hand. Afterwards, the branch manager reached out to me to schedule a face to face interview. He was very welcoming and asked your normal interview questions. He told me I'd hear back from the recruiting office after a few days. Finally received a phone call from the pre-employment group and got my official job offer. I was told I'd be receiving my offer through email which I would have to go online and accept, complete a drug test, get fingerprinted, and complete part 1 of the I9. I received a lot of emails and completed lots of tasks, but it's definitely a great opportunity.

Interview
The process started with me doing some aptitude tests after submitting my application, I was followed up with a text to schedule a phone interview with their recruiter, she was very polite and is moving me on to the in person interview which is still in the process of getting set up. She even extended a tentative start date and starting pay, so I'm hopeful for this position!
Applied online then followed by some online assessments. Then received a mail to schedule a phone interview with recruiter. After that In person Interview at the Mentor Branch. After successful In person Interview there will be 2-3 week training

Interview
Did a phone interview then did a in person interview. They called to reschedule to a earlier time. I interviewed with the supervisor and branch manager. Supervisor was the only one that talked in the interview. Branch manager did not say a single word.
