Thorough and extensive interview process. Everything following the phone screener is typically in-person and covers a workday. The day started with an opportunity to shadow a current clinician and interview about clinical skills (with opportunity to ask questions about their role). Then a break for lunch, and a standard interview in the office with discussions about benefits, skills, and company culture.
